1. Information handled today
Website requests: Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. It may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times, and pages requested to deliver the site, diagnose issues, and prevent abuse. We do not add visitor analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies.
Correspondence: If you email, call, or write to us, we receive information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, business information, project requirements, and message content. We use it to respond, discuss requested services, provide support, and maintain relevant business records. Do not send passwords, verification codes, API secrets, or unnecessary sensitive information.
This website currently has no account-registration form, contact form, payment checkout, or file-upload feature.
2. Google Business Profile information
Our planned service is intended for profiles we own or are explicitly authorized by a business owner to manage. The service overview describes this intended use, not an already available Google application.
Any future Google connection must clearly identify the permissions requested and their purpose. We will not access Google user data without the appropriate authorization or ask you to submit a Google password through this website.
Any future use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements. Google-derived data will be used only for the authorized, disclosed service—not sold, used for advertising targeting, or used to train generalized artificial-intelligence models. New uses or broader access require updated disclosures and any necessary additional consent.
We do not claim that OAuth token storage, a client dashboard, automated deletion, or other future application controls are already implemented. Before the corresponding feature is enabled, its actual access, use, storage, sharing, retention, revocation, and deletion behavior must be documented and implemented.
3. Providers and sharing
Cloudflare provides website delivery, security, and inbound email forwarding. Mail sent to info@creativedesigns.dev is forwarded to a Google Gmail inbox operated for our business. These providers process information needed to provide their services under their respective terms and privacy practices.
We do not sell inquiry information or share it for third-party advertising. Information may be disclosed as needed to fulfill a service you request, follow your instructions, comply with applicable law, or protect rights and security. Any additional providers processing Google user data must be disclosed before the relevant integration is enabled.
Phone links open your calling application. The Maps link opens Google Maps. External services are governed by their own privacy practices.
4. Retention and security
We retain correspondence and service records while reasonably needed to respond to requests, carry out agreed work, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on the record and purpose; this policy does not claim a fixed, automated deletion period.
Cloudflare controls retention of its technical service logs under its service terms. We do not currently retain Google API data through this website. A concrete retention and deletion schedule for a future integration must be disclosed before it is enabled.
The website uses HTTPS. We take reasonable precautions appropriate to information we handle, but no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
5. Your choices
Email info@creativedesigns.dev to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided, or to ask about applicable privacy rights. We may verify your authority using an existing contact method. Records may be retained where legally required or needed for legitimate recordkeeping; we will explain relevant limitations.
See our data deletion and disconnection instructions. If you authorize a future Google connection, you can review and revoke it in Google Account connections. Revoking OAuth access and removing a separately assigned Business Profile manager are different actions.
6. Children and policy changes
This website and our business services are not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information to us.
We will update this page when practices change. Material changes involving Google user data require updated notices and any additional authorization required by Google’s policies before the new use begins.
