Creative Web Design is preparing a Google Business Profile integration for our own business and clients who explicitly authorize us to manage their profiles.

Intended purpose

The proposed integration is intended to help authorized managers view business information and carry out owner-approved updates. Potential business-information fields include names, addresses or service areas, contact details, websites, categories, descriptions, and opening hours, as supported by the actual service and authorized permissions.

Specific features, permissions, data categories, storage, retention, and operational controls must be defined and disclosed before the integration is enabled. No review automation, reporting product, client dashboard, or other unimplemented feature is being offered here.

Authorization comes first

Only profiles we own or have authority to manage are in scope.
Owners retain ownership and control.
Actions require prior, specific, express consent.
A Google account password will not be requested through this website.
Future Google authorization requests must identify the application and request only permissions needed by implemented features.

Clear access and exit

Our Privacy Policy explains current information handling and requirements for future Google-data access. Our Terms of Service and disconnection and data deletion instructions explain how to stop management and request removal of information held by us.

For an established management relationship, we will provide disassociation from our service and developer project within seven business days of a client’s notice, in accordance with Google’s policies.
